INGREDIENTS

  • ½ bottle Castello del Poggio Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC
  • 3 oz Calvados
  • 6 oz Cointreau
  • 9 oz fresh apple juice
  • 24 dashes of orange bitters
  • 12 oz Club soda
  • 6-8 orange wheels

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a shaker except the club soda, add ice and shake.
  • Strain into a wine glass filled with ice, top club soda, gentle stir and garnish with orange wheel.
