Smoke and Bubbles
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 2 oz pink grapefruit juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1.5 oz Castello del Poggio Prosecco Doc
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge
- Add all the ingredients except the Prosecco into a shaker, add ice and shake.
- Strain into a Highball glass filled with ice, top with Prosecco, gentle stir and garnish.
